We have plenty to feel fortunate about here at Tahoe Partners – fortunate to call Chicago our home, fortunate to be a part of a burgeoning, innovative tech industry, and fortunate that our beloved Spartans are headed to the Rose Bowl for the first time in twenty-five years (errr, that might just be me…).

This holiday season, we are thrilled to return some of that good fortune to the community we care so much about. The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps to fulfill the holiday wishes of children in and around Chicago. Thanks to the generous donations of Tahoe employees, we were able to provide clothing and toys such as Easy Bake Ovens, CD players, craft supplies, and much more from the kids’ wish lists.

We believe that giving back is more than just a social responsibility, it is a fundamental part of doing business here in Chicago. We’d love to hear about your charitable efforts this holiday season – how are you spreading cheer in your community?

  1. In response to what are we doing to help the community and spread Holiday cheer. Well I’m supporting this of course but also volunteering with the kids at our Church’s food and clothing pantry. If spoiling your kids counts for, or maybe against, you I’m either responsible for or guilty of that too. Congrats to the Spartys we have.

  2. For 2013, I joined family and friends by making contributions to the Red Cross. One of their main goals was to get clean water, food, and medical supplies to those impacted by the devastation of the Haiyan typhoon in the Philippines and other countries.
